Eligibility

Who Can Access DVA Services?

DVA home care services are available to eligible veterans, war widows, and dependants.

Veterans

Veterans with a Gold or White Card may be eligible for DVA-funded home care services.

War Widows/Widowers

Eligible war widows and widowers can access domestic and personal care support.

Dependants

Certain eligible dependants of veterans may also qualify for limited services.
